Molecular HLA-Diagnostics

BAG offers a wide range of products for molecular genetic typing of the different HLA loci enabling a safe diagnosis of organ donors and recipients as well as of patients with substitution of blood and blood components respectively.
Our HISTO TYPE SSP test system is based on the PCR technique using sequence specific primers.
The fully automated HISTO SPOT SSO system is based on the hybridization of locus specific amplificates to sequence specific oligonucleotides. The Mr.SPOT processor enables the automation of the complete hybridization assay.
